| | Responsibilities will be to prepare monthly financial statements for a multiple entity structure, prepare annual budgets, variance analysis, various internal management/performance reporting, cash flow management and planning, oversee medical billing, and supervise AP, AR, payroll, with Accpac and ADP. Direct responsibilities will pick up and complete accounting through close, work with CPA for any audit, review, and tax preparation work. The outside CPA does all the taxes. The other function of this job will be the HR and Administration function involving employee manuals, having experience hiring/firing, policies & procedures. The administration portion will include overseeing the overall operations, licensing, etc.
